Ingrid is a Nord living in Helgen, and you only ever see her in the brief minutes before the town is torn apart. She’s firmly on the Empire’s side and makes no secret of it.
Where to find them
She’s among the townsfolk watching the executions in Helgen during the opening of the game. After Alduin arrives, there isn’t much of Helgen left to find anyone in.
Quests
Ingrid appears in Unbound. When the first Stormcloak prisoner is beheaded, she shouts her support for his death right after Vilod calls it justice, while Ralof mutters that the man died as bravely as he lived.
Personality & relationships
All we really know about Ingrid is her politics: she’s a loyal Imperial citizen with zero sympathy for the rebels. Given how the morning turns out for everyone in Helgen, it’s a small and rather grim cameo.
