Mena is a Breton living in Enmon’s House in Karthwasten. She’s the wife of the miner Enmon and the mother of Fjotra, the girl carried off by the Forsworn.
Where to find them
At home. Mena spends practically all day and night inside Enmon’s House.
Quests
She plays a small part in The Heart of Dibella: ask her about a young girl and she’s too upset to talk, sending you to her husband instead.
Personality & relationships
Mena isn’t the welcoming type. Talk to her and she’ll ask why people can’t leave them alone, call strangers nothing but trouble, and suggest you bother Ainethach instead. Given what her family has been through, it’s hard to blame her.
Before the rescue, she keeps asking Enmon why anyone would take their little girl and what might have happened to her. After Fjotra has gone to the temple, the house feels empty to her. She admits she still misses her daughter, wonders whether they did the right thing, and takes comfort in Enmon’s assurance that Fjotra will make a great Sybil.
Good to know
- If Enmon joins you during the quest and dies, Mena oddly carries on with her routine as if nothing happened.
