Twin Secrets is the deathbed account of Brarilu Theran, a master enchanter who claims to have defeated a dragon in the ruins of Vvardenfell – and learned from it how to break the “Law of Firsts” and place two enchantments on a single item. He says he made a sword with fire and fear enchantments before his strength failed. In game terms, it hints at the Extra Effect perk.
Skill book
Twin Secrets is a Enchanting skill book. The first time you read a copy, your Enchanting skill goes up by one point – later copies of the same title don’t give anything extra, so there is no need to carry them around.
