Darkness Returns completes the Nightingale story. With Mercer gone, the Skeleton Key must be returned to Nocturnal’s Ebonmere in the Twilight Sepulcher.
Walkthrough
Enter the Sepulcher with Karliah, talk to the Nightingale Sentinel and follow the Pilgrim’s Path – a series of trials that rewards sneaking and light-footed play. Return the key to the Ebonmere, listen to Nocturnal, then speak to Karliah and choose your Nightingale role.
Reward
One of three Nightingale blessings (Agent of Stealth, Subterfuge or Strife), and a big step towards leading the guild.
