Boiled Creme Treat

A light sweet dessert from the base game that restores 10 Health instantly and cannot be cooked or baked by the player.

The Boiled Creme Treat is one of the small sweets of Skyrim, a creamy pudding-style dessert that sits alongside the Long Taffy Treat, the Honey Nut Treat and the famous Sweet Roll. It is part of the base game and has a base value of 4 gold.

Effects

Eating one restores 10 points of Health. It is a simple, instant restore with no lingering bonus, no Stamina or Magicka component and no timed buff.

Ten Health is a solid amount for a snack: it matches staples such as Cooked Beef or Horker Loaf. Like most food, though, it heals less than even a weak Restore Health potion, so it is best eaten between fights rather than in the middle of one.

Where to find it

There is no cooking or oven recipe for the Boiled Creme Treat, so it cannot be made at a cooking pot or in a Hearthfire oven. Every one you eat has to be found or picked up in the world.

Good to know

At 0.5 weight it is heavier than the Sweet Roll or Long Taffy Treat, which weigh 0.1. If you want a light treat to carry around in bulk, the Sweet Roll or Long Taffy Treat are better picks; the Boiled Creme Treat is better eaten where you find it.

Where to find it
