Long Taffy Treat

A chewy base-game sweet that restores 10 Health and 5 Stamina, weighs almost nothing and cannot be cooked or baked.

The Long Taffy Treat is a stretched, chewy candy and one of the handful of sweets in the base game. It has a base value of 3 gold and weighs just 0.1, so it is easy to carry a few along with the Sweet Roll, Honey Nut Treat and Boiled Creme Treat.

Effects

  • Restores 10 points of Health.
  • Restores 5 points of Stamina.

Both effects are instant, with nothing that lasts over time. Among the sweets this is the best mix: the Boiled Creme Treat matches its Health but gives no Stamina, and it is five times heavier. Ten Health and five Stamina from a 0.1-weight item is a good deal for food, but it still restores less than a Restore Health potion.

Where to find it

There is no cooking or oven recipe for the Long Taffy Treat, so a Hearthfire oven will not help here. Every piece you eat has to be found or picked up in the world.

Good to know

Because it weighs so little and restores both Health and Stamina, it is one of the best snacks to keep a small stack of. Eat one after a sprint or a power-attack combo to recover a bit of both bars at once.

Where to find it

  • Cannot be cooked or baked; found in the world.
