Ashfire Mead

Ashfire Mead is a strong Solstheim mead from Dragonborn that restores 40 Stamina, tied to the Thirsk Mead Hall quests of Elmus.

Ashfire Mead is a mead brewed on Solstheim and added by the Dragonborn add-on (Dragonborn). It is worth far more than ordinary drinks, and the Nords of Thirsk Mead Hall are the people most closely connected to it.

Effects

A bottle restores 40 Stamina immediately. The downside is that your Stamina then regenerates 50% slower for 30 seconds. It is a strong burst, so drink it when you need Stamina right now rather than as a long-term buff.

Where to find it

  • Thirsk Mead Hall – five bottles are placed inside the hall.
  • Elmus – if Retaking Thirsk has been completed, he moves into the hall and sells Ashfire Mead alongside Nord Mead.
  • Geldis Sadri – often has one or two bottles in stock.
  • Elmus’ Berries – finishing this quest rewards you with ten bottles.

Good to know

The quest Elmus’ Mead requires one bottle, so hold on to at least one until that errand is done.

Where to find it

  • 5 bottles inside Thirsk Mead Hall.
  • Sold by Elmus at Thirsk Mead Hall after Retaking Thirsk.
  • Sometimes sold by Geldis Sadri.
  • 10 bottles as the reward for Elmus’ Berries.
