Sirgar is a young Nord living at Stonehills, the mining camp beside Rockwallow Mine. He is the son of overseer Pactur and Sorli the Builder, and he clearly enjoys being the bosses’ kid.
Where to find them
He lives with his parents in the family cottage at Stonehills. If the Stormcloaks take Morthal, Sorli becomes Jarl and Pactur her steward, and both move to town, leaving Sirgar in charge of the camp.
Personality & relationships
Talk to him and he will mostly send you to his parents. He shares their wary attitude towards the workers, saying the miners need watching because they can’t be trusted much. He has also heard rumours of rebellion and wonders aloud whether the camp’s iron is being turned into weapons. Once his parents leave, he admits he always assumed he would run the mine one day, just not this soon. Pactur, for his part, hopes leaving Sirgar in charge was not a mistake.
Good to know
Steal from him and he will send hired thugs after you. Kill him and his mother will come looking for an apology, and she does not take a refusal well.
