Jesper is a Nord miner who lives at Stonehills, a small mining camp, and works in the nearby Rockwallow Mine east of Morthal. He is about as low-key as Skyrim residents come.
Where to find them
He spends his days in and around the mine and stays at the camp with the other miners.
Personality & relationships
Jesper wants no trouble and would like people to mind their own business, a wish he will share with you if you try to chat. Still, he is not unhappy: he says the mine gives him and his fellow workers a sense of purpose that many of them had been missing. When foreman Gestur Rockbreaker comes by to ask how things are going, Jesper answers with a dutiful ‘yes sir, fine sir’ and gets back to work. Like the others at Stonehills, he answers to the mine’s bosses Pactur and Sorli the Builder.
Good to know
There is not much more to him than that. He is one of those background miners who give Stonehills a bit of life while you go about your business.
