The Jagged Crown

The Jagged Crown in Skyrim: race the enemy to the ancient crown in Korvanjund with Galmar or Legate Rikke. Walkthrough for both sides of the civil war.

The Jagged Crown is the first real civil war mission, and it’s the same quest for both sides. The ancient crown of Skyrim’s High Kings lies in the Nordic tomb of Korvanjund, and whoever holds it has a powerful symbol.

Walkthrough

Meet your commander – Galmar for the Stormcloaks or Legate Rikke for the Legion – outside Korvanjund. Fight your way past the enemy soldiers outside and inside, then into the tomb itself, where draugr join the party. Use the claw key you find to open the Hall of Stories door, defeat the draugr in the final chamber and claim the crown. A word of Slow Time waits on the Word Wall.

Reward

A leveled enchanted weapon – and the crown goes to your commander.
