Tilisu Severin is a Dark Elf living in Raven Rock on Solstheim (Dragonborn), wife of Vendil Severin and mother of Mirri Severin. On the surface she is a warm, welcoming member of the town’s upper class. Underneath, she is one of the conspirators out to avenge her family’s ancestor.
Where to find them
She lives at Severin Manor in Raven Rock.
Quests
In Served Cold she is one of the named plotters planning to kill Councilor Lleril Morvayn. You can catch her leaving an offering for the departed, where she claims she’s honouring the Ulens since none are left on the island. Accuse her of belonging to House Hlaalu and she plays offended and goes back to “meditating”. If you don’t kill her at Severin Manor, she turns up later with her daughter at the hideout in Ashfallow Citadel, now wearing full Morag Tong armor.
Personality & relationships
Polite and charming in public, she says she’s glad her husband was wrong about visitors avoiding Raven Rock and thanks you for the hope you’ve brought. Ask about Miraak and she wonders whether she heard the name in a dream. Her dying words promise that House Hlaalu will have its revenge.
Good to know
The game files hint that she is not really Mirri’s mother and may be Vendil’s associate rather than his wife – the “family” might be part of the cover.
