The Stalhrim Sword is carved from
stalhrim, the enchanted ice of Solstheim. It deals 13 base damage and weighs 14, putting it close to ebony in power with a little less weight.
It comes from the Dragonborn expansion and uses the Ebony Smithing perk, so it fits into the late-game heavy material path as an alternative to ebony. Its pale, icy look matches Stalhrim Armor beautifully.

Tips and notes
- Forging needs Smithing 80, Ebony Smithing and completion of A New Source of Stalhrim. The recipe is just two stalhrim and one leather strip.
- Improve it with one stalhrim at a grindstone.
- Frost Damage enchantments are 25% stronger on stalhrim items, a free bonus like the Frost Enchanter perk. Ideal for a frost-themed build.
- Like the Nordic Sword, it has no sheath.
