Bodil is a Nord miner in Dawnstar who works for Beitild in Iron-Breaker Mine. She is one of the town’s many ordinary working folk, swinging a pickaxe while her boss wages a loud business war against her estranged husband’s mine across town.
Where to find them
Inside or around Iron-Breaker Mine in Dawnstar, where she spends her days digging ore.
Personality & relationships
Bodil is down-to-earth and fairly unbothered. She acknowledges that Dawnstar has its troubles – and with nightmares, dragons and a civil war around, that is putting it mildly – but she is happy to stay put for as long as the ore is worth digging. She has no quests or services; she is simply part of Beitild’s crew.
Since Beitild pays for any iron ore you dig up, you may well end up swinging a pickaxe next to Bodil in the same tunnels. Just don’t expect her to share her best vein.
She wears a roughspun tunic and footwraps and carries a pickaxe, so if you need one for your own mining trip, you now know who has a spare (but please don’t).
