Equilibrium is an odd one: it costs no Magicka at all. Instead it converts 25 Health into 25 Magicka every second you hold it. Great when you’re out of Magicka behind cover, dangerous if you forget to let go – it can kill you.
Tips
Combine it with a healing spell in the other hand (and a decent Restoration skill) to refill both bars, or use it with the Argonian Histskin power.
