The Iron Warhammer is a big lump of iron on a stick, and it works exactly as well as that sounds. It deals 18 base damage, weighs 24 and is the slowest swing in the iron family at 0.6 speed – but when it lands, people notice.
As an iron weapon it sits at the very start of the tier ladder and needs no Smithing perk to forge. It is one of the first two-handed hammers most characters come across, ideal for a starting brawler in Iron Armor before steel and orcish options open up.

Tips and notes
- Recipe: 4
Iron Ingots and 3
Leather Strips, no perk required. - Temper with an Iron Ingot; no perk doubles the improvement, so it falls off quickly.
