The Elven Warhammer is the elven tier’s heaviest swing: 23 base damage at 28 weight, which is excellent for a mid-game two-hander. It outclasses most steel and Dwemer hammers and stays useful until you reach glass and beyond.
Its design leans fully into the elven hawk motif. The head is shaped like a stylised hawk with spread wings, and the haft and counterweight are covered in fine carvings. It looks right at home with Elven Armor, though plenty of heavy-armor players carry it purely for the damage.

Tips and notes
- Forging needs Smithing 30 and Elven Smithing: two
Refined Moonstone, two
Iron Ingots, one
Quicksilver Ingot and three
Leather Strips. - Temper it with Refined Moonstone; Elven Smithing doubles the improvement.
- Picking Kodlak’s display case is a theft, so make sure nobody in Jorrvaskr is watching.
