Penitus Oculatus Outpost is a building in Dragon Bridge and the only known base of the Penitus Oculatus, the Emperor’s personal protectors, in Skyrim. If you’re running with the Dark Brotherhood, you’ll end up here sooner or later – usually in a sneaky mood.

- A table near the bed on the right where Gaius Maro’s Schedule lies during Breaching Security.

Tips
Visit before Breaching Security and the agents aren’t hostile – they’ll just point you towards the Four Shields Tavern. Keep your hands to yourself, though: stealing anything here may get hired thugs sent after you by Gaius Maro. Steal the schedule, sure, but maybe leave the spoons.
