Tandil is a High Elf sorcerer and a member of the Psijic Order. If Quaranir is the Order’s spokesman, Tandil is the strong silent type who comes along to help with the heavy lifting – in this case, a world-threatening magical artifact.
Where to find them
He appears only once, in the Hall of the Elements at the College of Winterhold, at the very end of the College questline.
Quests
In The Eye of Magnus, after Ancano has been dealt with, Tandil arrives with Gelebros and Quaranir. The three of them take the Eye away, because the world simply isn’t ready for that kind of power. Once it is gone, neither Tandil nor any other Psijic is seen again.
Personality & relationships
Tandil does not start conversations, and if you talk to him he only has one line: it is time for them to go. Short, polite and to the point – he clearly has somewhere to be.
