Part II of Mera Llykith’s Camlorn mystery opens underwater. The woman known as Gyna has been pushed – not fallen – from Cavilstyr Rock, and has to drag herself out of the sea with a ruined leg. She washes up near a lonely house on the shore, and by the end of the chapter she has found an unlikely listener in Lord Strale, the man who had paid her to keep Camlorn merry. She has also started to suspect that Gyna is not her real name.
Skill book
