During “Silenced Tongues” in the ruins of Volunruud, it lies on a skeleton in the tomb in the centre of a room.
What it’s for
Placed alongside the Ceremonial Axe, it opens the way to Kvenel the Tongue’s tomb – where the real Eduj and Okin wait.
