Kvenel the Tongue's frost sword, from the ruins of Volunruud.

Eduj is a Nord Hero sword that once belonged to Kvenel the Tongue, one of the ancient Tongues of Skyrim. Old stories say it was one of his two favourite weapons – the other being the war axe Okin.

How to get it

Defeat Kvenel the Tongue in the ruins of Volunruud during the quest “Silenced Tongues”.

Enchantment

Target takes 10 points of frost damage to health and stamina.

Smithing

Steel Ingot at a grindstone; Steel Smithing doubles the improvement.

Trivia

Eduj is “Jude” spelled backwards – possibly a nod to the biblical Book of Jude, given the “speaking in tongues” theme of the quest and its boss.
