Borvir’s Dagger is a plain Elven dagger with a sad owner and an unfinished story – part of the College of Winterhold’s broken quest “The Missing Apprentices”.
How to get it
It lies near Borvir’s body in Journeyman’s Nook.
Stats
Identical to a normal Elven dagger – 8 damage, 4 weight – except for the name and a much lower value. The useful part is that it’s always there, regardless of level, so you can grab an Elven-quality dagger long before Elven gear normally starts appearing around level 15.
Smithing
Refined Moonstone; benefits from Elven Smithing.
Its sister item is Rundi’s Dagger, from the same unfinished quest.
