Torvar is a Nord warrior and one of the newer members of the Companions, living in Jorrvaskr in Whiterun. Most of what he says involves drink, and the Honningbrew Meadery is never far from his mind.
Personality
Torvar isn’t a fan of the Companions’ intense training regime and grumbles to Farkas about not being allowed out to fight. He prefers hammers and axes over swords, a debate he keeps having with Athis.
Follower and spouse
After you complete the Companions’ main questline with Glory of the Dead, Torvar can be recruited as a follower and becomes a marriage candidate. Bring him to Delphine and he can also join the Blades.
