Yisra was a Redguard apprentice at the College of Winterhold and one of the students who went missing. Her story ends on a beach, with a rather literal case of burnout.
Where to find them
Her charred body lies on a patch of scorched ground on the shore of the Sea of Ghosts, east of Dawnstar and south of Yngvild. The spot is known as Yisra’s Beachside Combustion, which tells you most of what you need to know.
Quests
She belongs to the broken quest The Missing Apprentices, which Phinis Gestor hints at. There is no marker for her; you simply find her body. She appears to have died practising Flame Cloak.
Personality & relationships
We know very little about her beyond her studies. Her fellow missing students were Ilas-Tei, Rundi and Borvir, each of whom met an equally unlucky end while practising magic alone.
Good to know
- Her body holds Yisra’s Necklace and a Flame Cloak spell tome.
- Detect Dead won’t pick up her body, so you’ll need to search with your own eyes.
