Urog is a young Orc woman of Narzulbur and the daughter of Chief Mauhulakh. Her brother is Dushnamub, the stronghold’s blacksmith. Her mother died bringing her into the world, and she was raised by Bolar, the stronghold’s elder.
Where to find them
During the day she practices with her axe outside Mauhulakh’s Longhouse, inside the stronghold walls.
Personality & relationships
Urog has recently started learning to hunt from Yatul so she can help feed the community, and she thinks Yatul is the finest hunter Narzulbur has. Their lessons include how to track a snow cat across snow, and whether a troll is really the scariest thing Yatul has ever faced.
Her father gets a much colder reception. In their talks she points out that she and Yatul do the hunting while Mul and Gadba do the mining, and wonders aloud what the chief actually does besides finding new wives who end up dead. She has heard talk from the older women that the Divines cursed him, and she blames that bad luck for growing up without a mother. She calls her brother’s theories about the aunts crazy, yet half suspects they are right that her father is weak.

- Kill Chief Mauhulakh, or steal from the stronghold or its mine, and Urog may send hired thugs after you.
- Some of her lines talk about learning from a new huntress, Uglarz, and say Uglarz is even better than Yatul was.
