Mannimarco, King of Worms is a long poem by Horicles about two students of the Psijic Order: the kind-hearted Galerion and the cold, death-obsessed Mannimarco. Mannimarco is expelled from the isle of Artaeum for his necromancy – which, as Galerion warns, only sets a wolf loose among the sheep. The poem ends as a creepy warning about the Worm King’s footsteps in the night.
