Mayhem frenzies everyone around you up to level 25 for a full minute. Its range is enormous – cast in Whiterun’s market, it reaches all the way to the Skyforge – so expect collateral damage and a bounty if anyone sees you.
Tips
Used sensibly, it clears out an entire Forsworn camp without you lifting a sword.
