Nazeem is a Redguard citizen of Whiterun and arguably the most memed NPC in Skyrim. He owns Chillfurrow Farm south of the city with his wife Ahlam, yet somehow lives (and sleeps) upstairs in the Drunken Huntsman instead.
The famous line
“Do you get to the Cloud District very often? Oh, what am I saying, of course you don’t.” Nazeem claims to advise Jarl Balgruuf on political matters. Funny, then, that he has never actually been seen inside Dragonsreach, and nobody at court ever mentions him.
Daily routine
Mornings at the market inspecting (and insulting) the merchants’ wares, afternoons wandering around town, evenings in the Drunken Huntsman. Riveting stuff.
