The East Empire Dockmaster is an Imperial who runs the East Empire Company Warehouse on the docks of Solitude. He is a paper-pusher for one of the biggest trading companies in the Empire, which makes him important on paper and fairly anonymous in practice.
Where to find them
He works from the Dockmaster’s Office inside the warehouse.
Personality & relationships
He is a member of the East Empire Company. The game gives him no personal story, family or quests, so think of him as part of the warehouse’s furniture, along with sleepy employees like Snorreid.
Good to know
Behind the scenes he does have a proper name: the Creation Kit calls him Regulus Naevius, which roughly works out to “ruler of the ships” in Latin. Fitting for a dockmaster, even if no one in game ever uses it.
