The Corrupt Agent is a Nord who turns up in the Penitus Oculatus Outpost in Dragon Bridge. The name says it all: he wears Penitus Oculatus armor, yet he is happy to hire an assassin from the Dark Brotherhood. The Emperor’s watchmen apparently need watching too.
Where to find them
He resides in the Penitus Oculatus Outpost in Dragon Bridge. After he gives you a job, he just mills around the outpost until his target is dead.
Quests
He is one of the contractors in the repeatable post-questline contracts, “The Dark Brotherhood Forever”. Talk to him and he pays you a sum of gold, which scales with your level, to kill a target for him. He is essential, so there is no taking the gold and then getting rid of the client.
Good to know
He carries a copy of A Kiss, Sweet Mother, along with his Penitus Oculatus armor and an Imperial sword.
