The Importance of Where

A One-handed skill book: a Dwemer riddle-tale about knowing where to strike.

The Importance of Where is part III of Marobar Sul’s Ancient Tales of the Dwemer. A warleader asks his mentor when to use his skill with the cudgel and is told that “where” matters more than “when”. A note at the end points out how much the tale resembles Ashlander stories.

Skill book

The Importance of Where is a One-handed skill book. The first time you read a copy, your One-handed skill goes up by one point – later copies of the same title don’t give anything extra, so there is no need to carry them around.
