Horker Loaf

A dense, salted cut of cooked horker meat that restores 10 Health; one of the simplest meat dishes on the cooking pot.

Horker Loaf is what you get from salting and cooking horker meat. It is a filling but bulky meal, weighing a full 1.0 for a fairly ordinary heal and a value of just 4 gold.

Effects

  • Restores 10 Health

An instant heal with nothing else attached. It sits at the upper end of what simple cooked meats restore, comparable to Cooked Beef or Mammoth Steak.

How to make it

Use any cooking pot or spit. You need:

Where to find it

All characters know the recipe from the start, so cooking it yourself is the straightforward route. The sources used here name no fixed locations or sellers.

Good to know

Horker Meat is also the base of two richer dishes. Horker Stew restores 15 Health and 15 Stamina plus 1 Health per second for 720 seconds, and Horker and Ash Yam Stew (Dragonborn) restores 16 Health and 12 Stamina. If you have the extra ingredients, either is a better use of the meat.

Where to find it

  • Cooked at any cooking pot or spit
