Falas Selvayn is a Dark Elf general goods merchant on Solstheim (Dragonborn) who works the night shift at the Ramshackle Trading Post. Where does his stock come from? Things simply have a habit of falling off carts near him, and he is happy to tidy them up and sell them on. Chat with him and he more or less admits that most of it is stolen.
Where to find them
He is only around between midnight and 6 AM, as a note pinned to the shack’s wall helpfully points out. You have to actually arrive within those hours; waiting on the spot won’t make him appear. Technically he never leaves at all. The game just switches him off if you enter the area outside his opening hours.

Falas buys and sells general goods, which makes him a handy late-night stop for offloading loot in the wilds of the island.
Personality & relationships
Relaxed and refreshingly honest about being dishonest, Falas doesn’t pretend his wares came from anywhere respectable. He sells what he ‘finds’, and finds a lot.
Good to know
He is remarkably well equipped for a shopkeeper: a mix of ebony and steel plate armor, rare Daedric arrows and the uniquely enchanted Glass Bow of the Stag Prince. He also wears a Pale Guard’s helmet, which makes him the only person besides actual hold guards to wear one. How he came by it is anyone’s guess.
