Frostbite sprays a continuous stream of frost that does 8 damage per second to both Health and Stamina, and slows the target down. Tired, slow enemies can’t run or power attack as much, which makes it a nice defensive choice.
Tips
You need Frostbite during Revealing the Unseen to focus the Oculory. Remember that most Nords resist frost.
