The Stalhrim Dagger is made from stalhrim, the enchanted ice of Solstheim. It deals 10 base damage, weighs 4.5 and swings at the quick 1.3 speed shared by all daggers, landing it among the better daggers in the game.
Crafting it needs Smithing 80 and the Ebony Smithing perk, plus completion of “A New Source of Stalhrim” so you can actually mine the stuff. Frost Damage enchantments are 25% stronger on stalhrim gear, making this a natural fit for frost-focused builds in Stalhrim Armor.
