J’zargo

J’zargo is a Khajiit apprentice at the College of Winterhold. He is talented, competitive and confident to the point of arrogance – J’zargo fully intends to become the greatest mage the College has ever seen, and he is not shy about telling you so.

How to recruit J’zargo

Complete his quest “J’zargo’s Experiment”. He has created some special flame cloak scrolls and asks you to test them on the undead. Report back, and he will happily join you.

As a follower

J’zargo is a destruction mage with strong Illusion, and he can also fight in heavy armor with a one-handed weapon. His big advantage: he has no level cap, so he keeps scaling with you all the way. Good to know

• J’zargo cannot be married.
• He can be recruited into the Blades.
• He will not judge you for stealing a little – he admits to “creative” methods himself.

Where to find him

When not travelling with you, he is in the Hall of Attainment or the Hall of the Elements at the College, along with fellow apprentices Onmund and Brelyna Maryon.
