Flame Cloak wraps you in fire for a minute. Anyone in melee range takes 8 fire damage per second, and the burn is added to your melee hits. Combined with a Mage Armor spell it turns you into a walking bonfire that undead really don’t like.
Tips
It even works underwater, which is one of the few ways to hit slaughterfish. Dunmer get a similar racial power, Ancestor’s Wrath.
