Illia is an Imperial ice mage who lives in Darklight Tower, a stronghold of hagravens and witches. When you enter the tower, she has just killed a witch – and she quickly makes it clear she is not on their side.
How to recruit Illia
Help her with “Repentance”. Illia’s mother, Silvia, has been corrupted by the hagravens and is about to become one herself. Illia asks you to help her fight through the tower and stop her mother. Once Silvia is dead, Illia can be recruited.
As a follower
Illia is a strong frost mage, casting Ice Spike, Ice Storm, Frost Cloak and Ironflesh, with Restoration, Alteration and Conjuration in support. She levels with you up to level 40. Her Ice Storm hits hard – but stand clear of it.
