The Drainheart Sword is one of the spectral weapons of Labyrinthian – a ghostly Ancient Nord blade that weighs almost nothing and saps your enemy’s stamina.
How to get it
It’s carried by spectral draugr in Labyrinthian during The Staff of Magnus. Its ghostly siblings are the Drainblood Battleaxe, the Drainspell Bow and the Ghostblade.
Enchantment
Absorb 15 points of stamina per hit, which lets you power attack and bash more often. Unlike the Ghostblade it has limited charges – but it can be disenchanted to learn Absorb Stamina.
Stats
11 damage – the same as an Elven sword – at a weight of only 3, against the Elven sword’s 13.
Smithing
Like most ghost weapons, it can’t be improved at a grindstone.
