Horksbane is a steel mace from the Dragonborn add-on that really, really hates horkers. Its story is told by the scene around it.
How to get it
On Horker Island, right next to the body of a man named Saden. It even respawns there after a while.
Enchantment
Especially effective against horkers: 20 extra damage to them, a 200% increase. It can’t be disenchanted, but you can add a new enchantment on top.

Steel Ingot; benefits from Steel Smithing.
Trivia
The name is a nod to Trollsbane. Legend has it Saden’s hatred of the horkers who killed his friends flowed into the weapon. If you own Windstad Manor, it makes a fitting gift for your housecarl, who spends his days fighting horkers by the fish hatchery.
