The Dwarven Black Bow of Fate is a dark Dwemer bow from the Dragonborn add-on with a gambler’s enchantment: every arrow rolls the dice on stealing health, stamina and magicka.
How to get it
It’s on a rack in the southeast room of Kagrumez on Solstheim. To reach it you must collect the Kagrumez Resonance Gems and place them in the central podium in the order shown on the gates.
Enchantment
A 50% chance for each attribute to absorb 25 points of health, stamina and/or magicka. It works like a draining version of the Chaos Damage enchantment. It can’t be disenchanted.
Stats
13 damage (the same as an Elven bow), 10 weight, 1,446 gold.
Smithing
Ebony Ingot; benefits from Dwarven Smithing. The black colour and ebony upgrade material suggest it may be made of ebony.
