Call Dragon is literally a dragon’s name. Shouting Od Ah Viing calls Odahviing – first into a trap, later as an ally.
How to get it
You learn it near the end of The Fallen, when you need to lure Odahviing into Dragonsreach. If you go through Season Unending, Esbern can also give it to you.
After the main quest
Once Alduin is defeated, Odahviing lands on the Throat of the World and pledges himself to you. From then on you can call him to fight by your side anywhere outdoors in Skyrim.
Effect per word
The full shout calls Odahviing. After the main quest he fights for you outdoors.
