Thorgar is a Nord who owns the Whistling Mine. Everyone apparently laughed when he decided to keep the place running, and he is determined to prove them wrong. He’s sure the mine will soon be the stuff of legends. Results may vary.
Where to find them
He spends his time at the Whistling Mine, keeping a close eye on his property. You’re welcome to look around, he says, as long as you remember that it all belongs to him.
Services
Thorgar pays seven septims for every piece of iron ore you bring him, so grab a pickaxe and get swinging if you need quick coin. Steal from him, though, and he may send hired thugs after you.
Personality & relationships
Thorgar is proud, a little greedy and full of big dreams. He likes to say the mine will make “us” rich, after first saying “me”. He even expects the Jarl to come asking him for money one day.
Good to know
If you’re friends with Thorgar and he dies, a courier may bring you a letter of inheritance worth 100 septims, minus the Jarl’s tax.
